We have an investment property available for an investor looking for instant cash flow, as this unit has a tenet in place and producing 1300.00 a month in rental receipts, we unfortunately need to turn this one over to regain some capital for use in our next property.
Photos are of the completed rehab with new flooring, paint and new lighting fixtures in most of the house as well as a good cleaning. we have tenets under lease for another 11 months, and sure they would re-sign a new lease if asked by a new land lord.
